We conduct documentary research to identify descendants of property owners and provide a detailed report with contact information where available.
We require a non-refundable $500 deposit paid in advance to cover five hours of research and report preparation. Additional hours at $100/hr.

❈ A professional detailed report that lists heirs and cites sources. Tree depictions can be included upon request.
