Your recipient gets the gift card by email or text — right away, or on the date you choose.

They book with us
They contact us when they're ready, and we take it from there. The gift card never expires.

Does the gift card expire?
No.
Can my recipient choose something different?
Yes. The card works toward anything we offer, from charts and research hours to a Family History Book.
When will the work be done?
Completion times depend on the complexity of projects and when recipients book. We will work with the recipient to understand the nature of the project, provide a target date for completion, and communicate on progress regularly.
What does my recipient need to provide?
Names, rough dates and places, and any family stories or photos they have. For a DNA session, access to their DNA results.
