We require a non-refundable $180 deposit paid in advance to cover up to four hours of research and report preparation. Additional hours will be agreed upon and billed upon completion.  Includes: ❈ In-depth research of the heirs of a given property, including identification and contact information for living heirs, where possible.​ ❈ A professional detailed report that lists heirs and cites sources. ❈ Digital tree created in Ancestry
